Sale includes substantial ready-to-sell inventory, including approximately 10,000 pieces of plaster mouldings and trims, 50 natural marble fireplaces, 140 sets of porcelain floor medallions, 5,000–6,000+ sq. ft. of decorative 3D tiles, plus many marble and stone statues, fountains, columns and other architectural decorative products.
Established overseas supplier relationships and importing sources will be transferred to the purchaser. The owner is willing to provide transition support, including supplier introductions, sourcing, importing, and product and market knowledge.
The existing Markham showroom/warehouse premises may also be available to the purchaser under a separate lease. The premises are approximately 3,000 sq. ft., with an existing approx. 1,200 sq. ft. mezzanine area on site that is not included in the 3,000 sq. ft. area, providing substantial additional space for storage and operations and allowing the purchaser to potentially continue operating from the same established location.
