Pricing

Joining the Otonomy platform is completely free. There is no cost to create a profile, search for small businesses that are for sale or access online resources.  

The only cost with Otonomy is when you want to post a business for sale. Each listing posted requires a paid subscription*:

• $49.99/month billed monthly (first 30 days free, cancel anytime)
• $39.99/month for 3 months
• $29.99/month for 6 months

*All subscriptions are billed for the full term at the beginning of the subscription, automatically renew unless canceled in advance, and are subject to Otonomy’s Terms of Service. All charges are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. 

Forms of payment

Otonomy accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your subscription before the next renewal cycle, your listing will remain active until the end of your subscription period unless you request to have it deactivated or you delete it. When your subscription expires, your listing will be removed from search results and will not be reactivate-able until you sign up for a new subscription.

Brokers or Real Estate Agents

Otonomy is not a brokerage or real estate business. By using our service you are not entering into any sort of agency agreement, nor do we ask for any commission for successful sales that are generated through our platform.
