To turn off subscription automatic renewal

1. Login to your Otonomy account
2. Navigate to your listing on your dashboard
3. Select Manage Subscription
4. Select Cancel Subscription
5. Confirm that you want to cancel your subscription on the pop-up window

Cancelling your subscription does not remove your listing from the Otonomy platform. Your listing will remain live until your subscription period ends, or until you delete it. All future billing will stop and your listing will be removed from the Listing Search feature at the end of your subscription.

To turn on subscription automatic renewal

1. Login to your Otonomy account
2. Navigate to your listing on your dashboard
3. Select Manage Subscription
4. Select Renew Subscription
5. Select your subscription package
6. Confirm payment
