To help potential buyers understand more about the business you are selling Otonomy gives you the option to share four key pieces of financial information. These numbers can be key to determining the value of your business. Otonomy recommends engaging with your accountant and/or other financial experts to help properly calculate these numbers if needed.

Gross Revenue

Also known as Gross Earnings, it is the total amount of sales that a business has made in a given period, prior to any deductions. A standard given period is the businesses last fiscal year.

Cash Flow

Cash flow is the net amount of cash and cash-equivalents being transferred into and out of a business.

Asset Value

The net present value of all assets of the business. This can be a measure of just fixed assets, fixed assets and current assets, or include intangible assets as well.

Property Type

The high-level details about what, if any, property belongs to your business that would be relevant to the sale.
